KURA Youth

 Being fit is just the bi-product of being a part of a healthy community and lifestyle.

Yes- we want young people to excel in athletics

But, what is more important to us, is that they excel in their community and in life


KURA Youth  is a program for kids and teens who want an edge in their sport or activity, but also for youth who are just interested in CrossFit, movement and healthy living. Our goal at KURA is to provide youth with an opportunity to make functional fitness, movement, strength and conditioning not just a part of their life, but their actual lifestyle.

Each session includes safe and challenging workouts, as well as education on proper warm-ups and cool downs. Within the session we provide the opportunity for open communication, giving the athletes a chance to have dialogue and receive input and guidance about things that are relevant to them (school, nutrition, volunteer work, bullying, relationships, etc).
