ID TRAINING

Simply put, our individualized traing programs are designed to improve our athletes’ health and performance in a way that is most meaningful for their individual desires. Everyone walking in our doors has a vast range of personal goals and ability levels, so our programs designed to meet YOU wherever YOU are, regardless of experience, goals, age or fitness level.

At a fraction of the price of personal training, it also allows you to work with a professional coach at a more affordable price.

Program Features

We have designed our Individual Design program to value your time while still offering quality training every single session.

All training sessions are 75 minutes long. This extended class structure allows for a complete warm-up, strength training and a conditioning component without sacrificing any of it. No cutting things short, no rushing out the door.

Specialized layout. Our facility has been designed to match these values. Personalized lifting stations assure that all athletes have the tools and space they need to focus on their workouts so they don’t waste time on transitions or equipment-searching. Your valuable time should be spent on training, not fighting for space on the pull-up bar!

Education. Our qualified coaches educate and empower you on how to incorporate your training into your daily life… this is where we will also coach you on balance and sustainability.

Personal Training

Exclusive Personal Training

The workouts are developed to help you target your goals, make you stronger, healthier, and more fit and can include a weekly program design.

Exclusive Coaching begins with a one-hour initial Kura-Fit Check. This session can be done on-site at our facility or via Skype. You and your coach will review your training history, nutrition and lifestyle factors, current strengths and weaknesses and short and long-term goals.

What comes next?

Your coach will assess your movement, body composition, work capacity, strength balance, food profiles and lifestyle factors in order to create a training plan that matches your goals. Your coach will then send you your weekly programming every Sunday evening upon receiving your training results from the prior week.

Exclusive Coaching Clients can work out at their own facility, home or at our South Railroad location between 8am and 4pm.

Youth Training

Kura Youth

YES- WE WANT YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXCEL IN ATHLETICS

BUT, WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO US, IS THAT THEY EXCEL IN THEIR COMMUNITY AND IN LIFE

KURA Youth is a program for kids and teens who want an edge in their sport or activity, but also for youth who are just interested in CrossFit, movement and healthy living. Our goal at KURA is to provide youth with an opportunity to make functional fitness, movement, strength and conditioning not just a part of their life, but their actual lifestyle.

Each session includes safe and challenging workouts, as well as education on proper warm-ups and cool downs. Within the session we provide the opportunity for open communication, giving the athletes a chance to have dialogue and receive input and guidance about things that are relevant to them (school, nutrition, volunteer work, bullying, relationships, etc).

Nutrition and Lifestyle

As our Philosophy states, we take a holistic approach to your fitness and health. We offer lifestyle and nutrition consultations to round out your training. During Lifestyle Consultations, you will fill our an assessment form and, together, we’ll review and discuss variables to improve overall health and wellbeing. Depending on where you are, we may discuss anything from digestion to sleep cycles, energy levels, nutrition, stress, body composition and more.

During Nutrition Consultations, we will review and discuss a food journal and make recommendations based on your goals. Such goals could include increasing energy, optimizing performance, or changing your body composition.
