If you’re new or have never tried CrossFit before, you’re invited to First Class Monday.
There are several options available at CrossFit Kura when it comes to working out. We’ve grouped our community, based on their goals, into programs that are designed to help them achieve. Most get started by coming in for a pre-class consult. We chat and then you get to jump into class. All classes are scalable to allow athletes to safely get a feel for the class and decide if it’s a good fit for them.
For those of you who are interested in CrossFit classes but would like an opportunity to go over the fundamentals and try CrossFit for the first time, were opening up a first-timers class on Monday Feb. 8 and Feb 15 at 5:45 p.m.
The class will go over fundamental movements you’ll encounter in class, let you try a beginner’s workout and answer any questions you may have. Oh yeah, it’s complimentary.
