The 3 H's that matter: Are you, happy, hungry, horny? We aren't scared to ask.

Wake, get kids ready for school, eat a bite of their leftover waffle, take kids to school, drink a latte, go to work, grab a handful of almonds, pick kids up, eat the rest of their pb&j, help with homework, wash the kids, have a glass of wine, sleep? (maybe), repeat. Unknowingly your days and life can often have a way of turning into an automatic pattern. If you having a holy shit, gut check this is me moment keep reading.

Before making any change take a moment to stop and reflect.

For two or three days take a moment to stop and reflect on the how you FEEL after you eat or your body feels the day after your training session. What's working, what's missing?

When we make the time to reflect on the things we do we are able to see what is working and what isn't. A new space is created for conceptualizing new ideas.  You now have a platform to start devising a realistic plan implementing these ideas. Developed action plans have a sneaky way of creating results.

Reflecting --> conceptualizing --> devising and --> DOING (OPEX LEARNING!)

We had the opportunity of joining individual programming client Facebook Atlas David Jakubowski for a tour of the Facebook campus. Understand his daily routine when he leave our doors is important. Knowing the outside stressors, nutrition options and work place ergonomics all play their part in his program.

"No one wants another job. If it were work, we wouldn't have success. It's about growing and learning. Learning how my body plays such a big role in my happiness shifted workouts and nutrition from "work" to a part of my lifestyle.

I'm learning how to live the lifestyle I want. That's empowering. I'm better at work, better at home and better in bed!" -David
