Join us Saturday, February at 9:00 a.m. for a CrossFit Kura Community Workout. We have two intentions for this Community Workout.
1. If you have been curious but nervous to try CrossFit this is a great opportunity for to “dip your toe in the water.”
2. Provide an opportunity for those that are curious about our gym and wanting to check it out to come on by CrossFit Kura and see the gym
What to Expect
The morning will begin with a meet-and-great and introduction and then our coaches will get you warmed up and ready to workout. The workout is designed to make you work hard but also meet you where you are. If this is your first time working out in a while, don’t worry, the workout is scaleable to your fitness level. After the workout out we will cool down and stretch. During this time you’ll be introduced what it means to train at CrossFit Kura—our philosophy, focus and hopes for you.
This event is free to all, so grab a friend and come have some Saturday morning fun.
